I have not been a Tap (no capitals as the acronym for TAP is a long time ago and a universe far away) sharholder since Ted Jacobsen's departure (along with 90% of the exploration group to CVN) years ago.
After luckily selling out above $2, I have been waiting to see how the new 'big company' explorers will fare.
The last 5 years have had little exploration drilling, few new permits and no discoveries beyond tiny cleanup pockets in fully valued areas. This of course has hurt the SP and left a lot of present shareholders hoping 2010 is a better year.
It looks like the current plan to mix it up with the big boys for big oil - big gas, deepish water offshore and in the jungle.
I wish them luck since clearly they need a hit to turn things around.
