For the last 6 months TAP has traded in a range from $1 to $1.15 almost predictably .It has been a nice earn for me 3 times ...buying round a $1 selling at $1.15 .A nice easy 15% each time . I bought again this week but this time i won't be selling at $1.15 ,I expect this time we may see a breakout from $1.15 and it reach a new high above $1.30 .Bromley's article may be the spark needed to awaken the broader investing public to it's potential .If it breaks $1.30 that should put it on the radar of the TA traders
