    re: Ann: December 2011 - Quarterly Report and... I agree with you totally but all I am saying is that CNX needs to announce that they have shown finger to DERM. They have strong obligations to let shareholders know about their decisions and plan. I would support them and invest in CNX if I know what they are doing including showing a finger to anyone if you know what I mean. My issue is that I have to google each day using search tools on what CNX has told the news website in past 24 hours.

    Why can’t I get that information through their company announcements? And also what happened to DERM hearing on 31/01?
