re: Ann: December 2011 Quarterly Report and A... This is a very funny Quarterly report. One page dedicated to the CRUX deal that didnt even happen in the relevant quarter.

The December 2011 quarter saw significant developments and milestones achieved for both the Crux and Longtom assets. Can anyone identify a Q4 achievement or milestone?

How did they know they had a 15 month leak at LT, and why only reported now? Why do you need to order a 'long lead time' item to fix a leak? Why want it fixed when the ROV was on site? Did the LT Manager get a bonus last year?

The process to appoint a Chief Executive Officer was slowed as a result of the festive season and in light of the corporate focus on finalising the HOA with Shell and Osaka Gas. However this is now progressing. How funny. The festive season was probably not top of mind with the exceedingly high level of candidates who were applying for such an important role, but it sure was for Fowler and Boserio. End of January and the process is 'ongoing'. Maybe the festive season is still in full swing down at NXS.

Maybe Fowler is not so bad, but his PR person sure does present him as a non-achiever.

I wonder who will publish 'The Great Crux Giveaway'?
