    the costs will come down as soon as they stop spending money on the mines in question. that expenditure gets added into the cost per ounce for the quarter which gives the impression of a huge cost(which it is realistically). once the plants are running steady and with good volume going through it will drop down to acceptable levels and make the mulla. this quarter is going to be better than last as they havent spent as much and are moving more dirt. next quarter should be really good etc.

    thats my understanding of it anyway. they just divide all the quarters costs by how many ounces they got and viola. this is a time bomb waiting to happen in our favour. i believe in 6 months time investors will be looking back and patting the management on the back.
