    Now please address the negatives of a potential 'JV/Strategic Partner'.

    How much dilution are you expecting?

    IDC has a little over $500k in the bank, a share price of 1 cent. Let me repeat that... ONE CENT.

    They have absolutely no bargaining power.

    Any potential investors would just wait until IDC folds, and pick up the scraps.
