Noob you need to be very very careful here.
Your last post is completely incorrect and you probably should not make accusations like this.
You state that IDC is Trading while insolvent, which is illegal and making such accusations is defamatory to the current Board and Management.
The company never defaulted, Rodan extended to loan to ensure minimal share dilution while the JV is in place.
