nothing really has happened since july 2014 its only gone backwards- change management signed LiR (which is being disputed in courts and preventing a lease renewal which in turn probably preventing funding).where going round in circles cashing our tails. the way i see it png government are giving IDC a chance a small one to come up with the cash if not they will let some other company come in with the $$$ milk them for 100+mil and get no where even closer to mining to mt kare than the 3 previous companys. money talks and bullsh!t walks
