It would be odd if we were still at 6 cents and hadn't had 100% price appreciation already, but you'll find its pretty rare for a share price to increase the day good news is made when there were already a number of good announcements preceding it.
Don't forget the majority of active investors in the market may not follow RMS , and as there aren't too many that sit and read every announcement on every company, who is going to buy? Anyone who seriously believes in this company already had a position.
The pool of potential investors in small resource companies is not that large.
Most have been in the market long enough to know that by the time they read good news, it's already built into the price, and one look at RMS in the last 2 weeks would suggest that and further research would be required to determine otherwise.
If it's truly undervalued, you'll still only see it increase fairly slowly from now as interest increased, profit takers reduce and are replaced by long term holders. If it doesn't increase over the next few months it means it probably wasn't overvalued and we just weren't seeing some of the risks.
I suggest it might be easier to stop expecting quick gains, if it were that easy, we would all be rich.
