well I just got some at $.042 see treating this share as an option now, with an expiry date of December

The quarterly had for expenses VAT tax which is to be paid back that would bring the accounts to being cashflow neutral , also there was around $8.3 M in provisional tax .
One only pays provisional if you assume you are going to make a profit going forward !
