It's actually beyond embarrassing how stupid the MAD board think their shareholders are. MAD will never amount to anything and the fact they have been trusted with 500 Million dollars to invest in other companies when they have failed miserably to deliver on their own is laughable. Too late for many to sell, however new investors keep clear of this one. Or at least read some of MADs announcements and you will work out very quickly how incompetent the MAD board are.
