    Hi banksy808.

I worked out the cost based on a study in Australia on road cost's in Queensland using B-Doubles on secondary Main roads and Highway.
I believe it would be over $100 per tonne. Core Mining are saying $80 per tonne.
They have to build roads through Tropical Rain Forest for 100+km to get to roads/tracks already in place. Then through **on to an estuary like area, off-load onto barges to take the iron ore to ship quite a way off. Then off-load from Barges into the ship.
Total kms around 550 to 600kms. Return trip to mine site is at least 1000kms.
Less than 3kms per litre I reckon.
Trucks running 24/7 for 3 years, hundreds of them to export 3 Mtpa. Oh plus 1 Mtpa from EQX and Partner.

I did send an email to Core Mining asking how they could do it and saying I did not believe it would be profitable and gave them my figures. I got No reply.

    Regards
    Westcott.
