Upgrading of the company's tenure to a 25 year Mining Licence. MLA requires the submission of a Feasibility Study, an Environmental and Social impact assessment, Community Development plans, and Completion of Technical Reviews by relevant Government Agencies.
EQX intends to lodge the MLA for Badondo based on completed Exploration work.
How much of the $40 million will be left after all that work has been done.
As I said on several occasions to you, EQX needs to do a full drilling program to be able to achieve their goal and apply for this Mining Licence.
I was saying these items needed to be done at least 12 months ago to you.
