asheds then any didn't the company sell it? There was under capacity a nameplate, but the plant wasn't crippled. It was operating at a reasonable rate and not all that production was needed for qualification. I think the problems faced are more complex than engineering.

What the hell!!!
The sale price would want to exceed the weighted average price of US$1,335 per tonne by a lot given that the mineral being sold is likely to be large flake. Try at least double the weighed average as a minimum to make this a good deal. And remember the high COP. Frankly this is a desperate deal that will make very little profit for the company and VXL is not being forthright. Exactly which category of flake is being sold? What is the COP? What is the profit? Prediction: the share price will retreat as soon as the market looks at this ann a little closer.
