Your consistent position would have to be that you have no idea what it would cost.
For a start if you doubt that the environmental fixes were competent then add up to 15 million in costs.
Personally i believe the recent statements where the company has come clean and told us the very worst, including the 'up to 40 m needed in 12 months'.
