In the US they use a sour milk in their chocolate, here and elsewhere we use a full cream milk, that's the difference between them. I must say I don't mind the chocolate, at first yes it tastes different but it is quite nice, my two boys who fit the targeted audience scoff the stuff down because it is called "chocolate"
They don't like most of the Hershy choc I have bought back from the states in the past.
We have eaten boxes of them!
