    Yeah they never set a date on it. They did say early in the new year but that is flexible.

    My best guess would be is that agreements have been reached but in hands of lawyers sign of on.

    They allude to it here....execution is usually used in legal context.

    "The Company will release further details shortly, immediately upon execution of the agreements."
