Agree, entities outside the space seem more likely such as retail or telcos, looking to expand into other services or proote existing services. ie if i am a food retialer, having remittances availabel in my store means more likely said customer will buy food with it here not elsehwere (opp cost of time and travel).
Also telcos are the new frontier in banking and looking for an edge. Seems tailor made for them to dip toe in and buils services on top of.
