Definitely disappointing.
Looks like they're still operating on a 1 shift basis. question is why didn't they operate on a 2 shift basis for x amount of days prior to Christmas to meet the expected surge in order.
So much potential but troubled with poor planning and execution. Considering the combined experience of all management this should have been anticipated in one way or another.
