A lot of irons in the fire but needs some puff to get it really going. Technically they're nearly broke but as we don't know how much or how they draw down their LC for Jan/feb delivery I can assume it's sufficient to cover the +20m they're going to spend next qtr. W1 will have to wait a few more weeks for an update on cashflow and hopefully rerate before he lights his Havana cigar.
