I wouldn't call you crazy - rather gutsy. I think the update was a disappointment - net cash position was worse than anticipated (net no debt was expected) and management / directors gave away the legal dispute and further diluted existing shareholders.
Tap is now in the position of having been (effectively) controlled by 2 dominant shareholders who have demonstrated that they will do whats best for them - which is not necessarily best for us remaining shareholders who have been fleeced.
Tap's share price has been a train wreck - there is little evidence that existing management / directors have the inclination or skill set to put it back on the rails.
