" As collateral for the CPA, PNN has agreed to place 17m shares from its LR7.1 capacity, at nil consideration to Acuity Capital (Collateral Shares) but may, at any time, cancel the CPA and buy back any remaining Collateral Shares for no consideration" But they have not received them as yet until a 3B comes out?
