Personally I do not think acuity capital would enter into this agreement unless there is some benefit short term to sell down their 17 million shares. Hence until the appendix 3 b arrives this so will be supported. Now after 17 mil hits the market for mil consideration I.e 600 k worth.
So get ready for a period of volatility.
