We can't leverage ARL yet, as it is not a listed security with every bank I have looked at. I would prefer to leverage to buy the options than sell existing shares. The main reason is that I think we are going to see price volatility until the last of the shares are exercised (31st May). So I am hoping to sell something to get the options. I would rather wait till we have some clear air and see the price stabilise without the artificial obstacles we are now facing. We have to remember as well, that a lot of IPO people are now in the low tax jurisdiction (50% reduction of capital gain for overseas folk), and may have been selling this week after eating cat food for the past 6 months (nobody I have in mind here!!). We have about 6 months before we start on the cat food -- happy days.
