Remember we also have Greatpower sitting at the table, with existing processing plant and future battery production aspirations, who can also scoop up carbonate if a 10mpa, the larger size processing plant was adopted.... remember their partner in Jinchuan is state owned, so watch for potential involvement when China is stumping up the coin.
