Klaus, Nigel & ML & Airguide all have a good stake at AVZ, I believe they will take care of shareholders' wealth.

Cash was $13.3m, budgeted $6.5m for current quarter, will have $6.8m as at 31 March 2018, theoretically current cash reserve can last until 30 June 2018 if on a similar budget.

HuaYou might choose to inject $18.6m cash by converting 186m shares to avoid dilution.
If this happens, no CR is required in near future;
If not, then a CR would be around April/May 2018, imo.
