Better check those outlets and see if the new bloke is quoting possible store or actual stores with a agreed rollout and on the planograms and just how quickly the rollout is happening. With a % being franchise it is hard to push out without incentive , ooops there it is in trade promotions expansion. Then follow the making it more attractive - hell how much margin do distribs and shops want?
