Big Muthy and his gpvt sure seem to be a problem. Can't recall but Malunga who wrote this piece and a lot of good articles is on a company board - thinking he would like to say more.
Muthy does nothing re electricity - just awaits donors to do it. New elec tarrifs up 25%. Saying no electricity shortages in the same vain he said corruption will not be tolerated and that he will ensure 10 000 new uni positions for which he has added a paltry 1000 - medical - hospitals - you name it - Muthy is the man.
