Its does reinforce they have a very good business model and the fact they have 80% revenue from existing customers I will give them a pass as ARPU has increased. We must remember this business is just three years old and has only touched 1/1000th of the market overall
With a BIG Hug, App, Aplle TV and some finessing I cant see why they cant get this back to 100%.
We are onto a winner here , but we already knew that
