I maintain renewal of customers is the key to this business at its current stage. Growth in ARPU still sits with their comment prior that customers are renewing on larger contracts. But how many customers?
I also note that (from memory) they previously mentioned a sales conversion rate of 50% and that now appears to be 40%. Can some one else verify this slow down in conversion?
