It has been reported that if Labor happen to get their franking policy through then Geoff Wilson would need to close down his LICS and convert then to trusts. Trusts traditionally trade close to the NTA. WAM looks expensive on any measure atm. Why buy a dog in Myer?? Retail as we knew it is going the way of the dinosaur. Got WMI at $1.10 and am watching closely. Geoff has said many times in the press that he thinks 2019 will be a shocker that's why he has built up a cash buffer in his funds. Best to wait for the muddy waters to clear before plunging into this one for me.
