    wrong environment for a reverse takeover - look at the number of IPOs recently cancelled on ASX...that is absolutely clutching at straws too, did anyone really invest in this company for a reverse takeover on the massive decline in its market cap??!

    This thing has no cash, no revenue, no hope of any real material revenue due to an ineffective concept - receivers, make your way in...!
