Well the first half of that is true...I don't come in this thread very often, or look at my CR1 at all much.
I disagree with the rest. I am happy to wait for the right project if it gets us a 10-20 bagger. 4 years for a 20 bagger is 111% p.a compounded out. I'm not greedy. That will do me fine lol.
Obviously the risk is that this doesn't come off and we paid high opportunity cost, but that's part of the game.
