Thanks Spec. Good to confirm your view consistent to mine. I am a bit concerned on the consequence if TO failed though. i.e., will BDR goes into admin? The finance situation is not very clear to me.

On the other hand, for all holders, since GPL is having a great deal from this TO, if we vote NO, it can push them to acquire more shares on market. That should help SP goes northwards, at least. So tactically we should vote NO.
