Well without the merger i think AUL is as good as dead...
They will have to ride the coat tails of wrm and hope they come good to try and double the price for most to just get even...
However, with the entwinned upper management and both going for lots of cash this smells of helping each other get cash in the bank and i think AUL will be left to ride alone again albeit with some cash in the bank and a new spin on moving forward will be the go....
However(again) they do not have the expertise or enough proven resource to get profitable and sustain it(proven for 3 yrs now)and it is even hard how they could PUMP hard enough for long termers to get out anywhere even
