0ct 21 was when the cornerstone investor " Ganfeng " wanted to get board approval that day and afterwards make it public.
The Loan Noteholders had approved the deal but wanted to delay any announcement until after the had signed off paperwork between AJM and themselves scheduled for the 23rd.
Knowing the signing would be at the Ganfeng board meeting on the 29th so not fully binding until then.
My take the personal loans to AJM made by the BOD were finalised on these dates as all legal paperwork was with LNH by the 23rd for signing which didn't include their personal loans as they were not part of the deal.
