The issue before the Supreme Court is in relation to the lack of filing a cleansing statement for the issue of 2m shares on conversion of options by PLS Director Sally-Anne Layman, and the subsequent sale by her of securities that needs to be dealt with.

It should be noted the 3Y notice for her change of holdings was released to the asx within a normal timeframe (30th June 2021) and importantly the 3B apppication for quotation of those securities released on the 29th, which was 4 days after the issue date of the 25th.

It was an error that the cleansing notice was not attached and filed - it subsequently has been (28th July 2021).
