sorry I believe most people would consider an average of 1 email a week and four contacts involved is substantial for a government agency involvement.

I would also say that sharing screenshots (that protect the personal details) is substantiating the activity and that most would agree. It is also about the limit i can share under the rules for submitting a complaint, for example, an investigation in progress can not have the details of the activity shared or even have the investigation itself confirmed.

So facts:

• An investigation remains unconfirmed
• Four contacts in the last month alone
• At least four contact persons have been provided.

Feel free to infer what ever you want about those facts, however a government agency committing four contact persons with weekly contact points can not be described as insignificant.
