I reckon a good start is to ask your PA to email for the administrator’s report.

Personally I do not believe anyone in their right mind can look at that report and conclude the company was not trading insolvent. anyway. if it was insolvent and not honest about it the asic work will hopefully uncover this

my complaint however only listed one company (and no it wasn't PLS) - the correspondence lists three including PLS

so the audience can read into that what they want.
