The deal between LNH and PLS was clearly in the works for sometime, the major resource company referenced in the prelim report is also curious I have no doubt that has been investigated to a reasonable degree and perhaps will for sometime. It is also obvious LNH delayed for their own purpose but with the history of not meeting interest payments and covenant breaches you can't really blame them for a level of skepticism, remember the full deal proposed didn't fully pay out LNH. Repayment or non repayment of BOD loans would of been of no concern to LNH and would of had no bearing of a finance package that was reported to be circa 150M plus equity. Is no one interested in the conduct of the BOD at all, how can anyone invest in anything and not keep an open mind?
