It seems you have decided to argue a different point from what I have written.
You took issue with my use of the word "likely", and are now claiming I have stated "directors illegally traded while insolvent".
The Administrators report did give a likely date of initial insolvency. I have not lied about the contents.
Best you reread my posts and check the specific opinions of mine you have taken issue with.I have maintained that AJM being insolvent is not necessarily the same thing as directors acting illegally. I was very clear about that, as per the previous post linked in @sabine's reply above.
