No - because the NTA here quoted includes DTA. You have to do 2 things 1) create a DTL of the delta and take it off the DTA - then decide whether to include or exclude net DTA from NTA (I always exclude it, it is a contingent asset, not actually real today see AFL write off for example), and 2) there is a 20% performance fee that comes from outperformance - so I am estimating 20% of the uplift goes out in a performance fee..
I make it $1.146 NTA (excluding DTA at Deepgreen at USD$10.21 and after performance fees) this morning. If you add DTA after Deepgreen (net $16.9m/298.8m shares on issue)you get closer to $1.203 +/- other market changes today.
