Not the legitimacy of the whole magic story.
The ASX is not a technical review team about whether magic exists or not. That is the liability of the CP and the Directors.
BBX then promised to no longer call them assays as they aren't.
Thereby inhabiting the no man land of "metallurgical extractions" which aren't policed by the ASX listing rules.
