It is one thing for a company to say it is going to do something, and then another for it to back it up with the evidence it is actually progressing and achieving.

If you have experience investing in gold, lithium, exploration companies or any penny stock for that matter, you'll see a lot of talk, but often little progress on backing it up!

Plenty of salesman out there, but Dr Cowden certainly isn't one of them.
