"During the previous quarter the Company announced that OD had refused to acknowledge the Company’sclaim for Stage 3. Accordingly, during the previous quarter the Company announced that it commenced legalproceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria to enforce its rights pursuant to the Farm In Agreement(Litigation). A further update will be provided upon the determination of the Litigation."

Based on the above information, OD should now share the costs of future expenditure to maintain their interests... OD may reluctantly spend with these poor drilling results, thus, OD will lose more interest precentage....
Do you think the result of the drilling is underwhelming because there is still a dispute with OD? Are the better results or better opportunities are saved and will be done after the dispute with OD are settled?
