    Being fair, there was no formal determination made as to whether they traded insolvent. The administrators expressed an opinion, appropriately caveated, and opined that directors took safe Harbour.

    so please, as much as I appreciate and mostly support your views, it would be grossly unfair (and totally unsubstantiated) to say they traded insolvent.
