Same old story, more and more validation acheived (when does it stop?). Licences signed, but falling revenue (meaning tests unlikely occured. When will cash flow occur?). Again no elaboration on the business rollout model (why is that? Is there no overarching plan?) = inability for investors to forecast possible future cash flows. A lot of grey areas. Cash burn would be signigicant would it not be for the R&D grant.
Sorry, a bit harsh, but not impressed to say the least.
