Operating costs for FY20 were ~$112m, not the ~$406m you claim.
I believe it has already been pointed out to you that you are applying a stated cost for finished concentrate to total ore processed after you attempted to adjust it from wmt to dmt for some unknown reason.
As for the offtakers not honouring volume commitments, I would be extremely concerned if current holders were not aware.
