You are correct Acgm. You know there are very good reasons why the Albermarles of the world are investing in Oz spod mines.
It is as you say with distinct processing advantages over brine
in making LiOH but also ‘geo-political’ and ‘geo-location ‘ advantages. I believe it is much more important to be near Asia
when it comes to battery manufacturing.
Battery manufactures /car makers are looking for safe
and steady supply to support the hundreds of billions in investment currently in play.
