Where was the Ganfeng 60 million coming from to become a cornerstone investor into AJM with FIRB Covid rules.
I believe that Ganfeng were intending to honour the arrangement by paying the 60 million owed to AJM in a lump sum.
An arrangement between them.
It had been a difficult year for everyone.
AJM had talked with noteholders and interest payments had been deferred until November.
The deal would have gone through if PLS had not intervened.
One will never know what exactly transpired or who paid who into what account or when.
Dodgy as IMO.
Tesla would not be here if some didn't have an unhealthy appetite for risk.
